By registering with Vaishnavi Property, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth participation in our property allocation programs.
Applicants who wish to participate in the property registration scheme must first pay a registration token amount of ₹1,151 (One Thousand One Hundred Fifty-One Rupees). This token amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. After successful registration and payment verification, applicants may proceed with the plot allotment process and complete the remaining applicable payment based on the selected plot size.
Registration shall only be confirmed after successful payment verification and submission of all required documents.
All registered applicants shall participate in a transparent lucky draw process for plot allocation. The lucky draw mechanism is designed to ensure equal opportunity for all eligible participants.
Plot allotment will be determined solely through the official draw process. The company's decision regarding allocation results shall be considered final and binding on all participants.
Participation in the registration scheme automatically indicates acceptance of the lucky draw allocation method.
Vaishnavi Property aims to offer plots located within government-approved projects and legally compliant developments. Project approvals, permissions, and registrations shall be subject to applicable regulations issued by relevant authorities.
Participants are advised to review all project documentation and approvals before making any financial commitment.
The proposed projects are planned with essential infrastructure and modern development facilities for the convenience of plot owners.
Availability of certain facilities may depend on project development schedules and approvals from local authorities.
Every applicant must provide valid identity proof, address proof, and other supporting documents as required during registration.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration without prior notice.
All payments must be made through approved payment methods provided by Vaishnavi Property. Payment receipts should be retained by applicants for future reference.
Failure to complete payment formalities within the prescribed timelines may affect registration validity.
Requests for cancellation or refunds shall be handled in accordance with the company's prevailing refund policy and applicable legal regulations.
Processing timelines for approved refunds may vary depending on banking procedures and administrative verification.
Vaishnavi Property reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Continued participation after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Vaishnavi Property shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the registration process, except where required by applicable law.
